4-C offers two different options for accessing resources. Our Resource Room and our Resources on the Road van.
Resource Room
Located at the 4-C office building, the 4-C Resource Room is a warm, welcoming environment filled with a variety of developmentally appropriate materials and resources to support early childhood professionals in their mission to provide quality early care and education.
Resources on the Road
The goal of Resources on the Road is to make 4-C early childhood resources (toy kits, activity backpacks, storytime backpacks, big books, resource books and more) accessible to early childhood professionals and families in the eight county region (Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Jefferson, Rock, Sauk and Walworth Counties) served by 4-C. Patrons can check out items on a monthly basis at various Resources on the Road locations.

Binding Machine ($0.15 to $0.25 depending on size)
- Die-Cut Machine (list of die shapes available) No fees to use unless you choose to purchase paper – may use your own paper
Computer/Printer (with internet access)

Supplies including paper (copy, construction, cardstock, speciality), magnet sheets, pop-up sponge, sandpaper, cling sheets, cellophane, felt, foam, and numerous craft supplies
